Limit credit usage per project
A project budget caps how many credits a single project can spend in a month. It is useful when several projects share one plan and you want to keep one of them, such as a test project or a client project, from consuming the whole allowance.
The budget applies to that project alone. Your plan's overall credit allowance still applies across your account.
What happens when the limit is reached
Once a project reaches its budget, no further renders can be created in it until the budget resets. Other projects in your account continue to render as normal.
Setting a budget
Open Project Settings from the project switcher in the sidebar, then go to General.
- Turn on Budget Limit.
- Set Monthly Limit to the number of credits the project may spend.
- Current Usage shows how many credits the project has spent so far in the current period.
The budget resets automatically on your account's monthly reset date, which is shown beneath the setting. To clear the usage before then, click Reset Now.
