How can I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect after your current billing cycle ends, and you will not be charged again. You will retain access to your account and credits until the billing cycle ends.

To cancel your account, navigate to Account Settings:

Due to how our pricing works, refunds are only possible for the most recent payment and only if the account wasn't used in the meantime. Keep in mind that even when credits are unused, we still incur fixed infrastructure costs. Therefore, a refund may not always be possible if too much time has passed.
