How does the pricing work?

Creatomate's pricing is based on monthly usage allowances. We scale our infrastructure according to demand, and the more predictable our usage is for a given month, the lower our infrastructure costs become. These cost savings are passed on to our customers through volume discounts. For this reason, all our plans are based on monthly credits that do not carry over to subsequent months.

You can increase your monthly credit allocation at any time during the month. When downgrading your allowance, the change will take effect the following month. Therefore, if you are not sure how many credits you will need, we recommend starting with the lowest credit amount. If you are new to Creatomate and working as an individual user, we recommend starting with the Essential plan ($54). Companies should subscribe to at least the Growth 10K plan ($129) or higher, as this tier includes collaboration features and priority customer support.

In addition to the number of credits allocated per month, each plan falls under one of three tiers: Essential, Growth, and Beyond. The differences between each tier are outlined on our pricing page. We recommend a subscription under the Beyond tier if you anticipate heavy usage of Creatomate's API and need extensive support.
