This guide will walk you through the process of creating a shareable form.
If you do not already have an account with Creatomate, go ahead and create your account here.
Go to the page Templates in your dashboard, and click New. Choose Example Template from the Featured category and click Create Template. This will bring you to the template editor.
In the template editor, click Use Template in the upper right corner. Then choose for the option Form to Video. Once you click the toggle before "Enable Shareable Form", you'll be given the public-accessible URL for your form. It's now ready to share with anyone you like.
It's important to remember that the form displays dynamic elements. If you make your own template, mark the elements you want to show up as dynamic in the template editor.
